Wild Fork provides primarily a high quality selection of frozen meats, ranging from beef and chicken and pork, to all kinds of seafood. They also offer a variety of sauces and condiments, both frozen and bottled. I know many people tend to dismiss the idea of frozen food, as they imagine that only "fresh, never frozen" food is acceptable to them. This is not an accurate understanding. Quality frozen food, such as the carefully curated selections at WIld Fork, is delicious when prepared correctly (which is very easy to do). Also, because the food is frozen, this enables you to prepare great meals at your convenience over time, rather than feeling rushed to prepare food within a day or two of purchasing it, before it spoils. If your idea of frozen food is prejudiced by some of the low quality frozen items you have tasted in your grocer's freezer section, you should try the higher quality items at Wild Fork before passing universal judgement against frozen food. I would also add that that prices at Wild Fork... with the exception of some exotic items... are surprisingly reasonable and very much in keeping with what you might pay at a good grocery store. This place has great selection of premium meats and seafood. I love coming here for the Wagyu beef, wild caught and organic options. The staff is always so helpful and this past weekend they had a chef from Food Network doing a live demonstration. It was the perfect addition to my Sunday shopping trip.

Wow—what an amazing place! Wild Fork in Dr. Phillips is all about quality, and it absolutely shows. Harold was incredibly helpful and made the shopping experience even better. The selection of meats, seafood, and specialty items is seriously impressive—there’s something for every taste and occasion. I only wish I had more to spend because I wanted to try it all! Can’t wait to go back.

What a great place! This store is completely packed wall to wall with food. Most of it is frozen. Wild Fork says they “blast freeze” all of their products to keep the protein fresh until you are ready to use it. They say their freezing process is 10x faster than at home freezing, sealing in vitamins, reducing crystallization, and keeping the meat fresher. Good to know! There were 3 employees at the store, and they were friendly and helpful. The store was out of a certain item, and when I asked about it, they went to the back room and found some for me. Very nice! They have over 700 items, including a lot of fruit and vegetables. I saw a lot of potato/fries, Mac and cheese, riced broccoli and cauliflower, and fruit-all types of berries, including cranberries. They have so much beef, some grass fed. Everything from black angus, wagyu, brisket, to filets and tomahawk steak. Big selection, and they will tell you what grade, ranging from USDA 0-1 to A5 Wagyu 10-12. Of course there are burgers, hot dogs, and sausage available. They carry exotic meats- rabbit, ostrich, elk, kangaroo, boar, alligator, and lot of variety of bison meat. Wild Fork carries a lot of chicken and turke
